Now, Willoughby Marina is woman owned and operated marina that is located off of I-64 Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel (HRBT), quietly tucked away in Willoughby Spit. The new owners, being mariners themselves, are proud locals of the Norfolk area that want to keep historical locations like this from washing away. With big plans for the future, Willoughby Marina is here to serve both locals and transients alike.

Slip rental rates range from $360-500/mo depending on size of slip or vessel (whichever is greater) and services needed. (Not including any liveaboard fees)
Liveaboard Options: Rent priced at the base rate PLUS an additional $250/mo+, as well as additional fees for electric usage based on vessel size. For each additional person up to 4 people, depending on the size of the boat, the cost is $80. Liveaboard option is at discretion of management.
Customers who sign an Annual lease agreement must pay in full at $8 per the length of slip or vessel whichever is greater, with 1/2 off the first months rent.
Semi-Annual lease agreement options must also pay in full at $10/ per length of the slip or boat, whichever is greater.

- Review Your Options: We will provide a custom quote based on your boat size ($8–$10 per foot or $360–$500/month) and discuss any liveaboard needs.
- Sign & Settle In: Complete your Annual or Semi-Annual lease agreement, make your in-full payment to lock in your discounted rates, and welcome to your new home port!
